Natasha Carter
Natasha Carter is the Youth Director. She has worked with youth of all ages here at IHEFC for nearly 15 years. She has been involved with The Event, Heights Kids, and VBS. Natasha enjoys seeing her daughter and the kids of IHEFC grow up in the same youth group where she found her church home in high school and met her husband.
Senior Pastor
Senior Pastor Tom Fry
Tom Fry is our senior pastor. Before becoming senior pastor in 2012, Tom had served as IHEFC’s youth and associate pastor for twelve years. He graduated from Cedarville University with a BA in Christian Education. He and his wife Stacey have six children.
