The parenting group will meet at Scornovacca’s (1930 SE 14th, Des Moines) at 5pm for their Christmas Party on Sunday, December 8.

On Saturday, November 9, meet at the church at 10am and we’ll head to a nearby park to play disc golf and return to the church by noon. If you have your own discs, you can bring them.  Otherwise, we have some you can use. All students and friends in 6th thru 12th grade are welcome. 

All men are welcome to come to the church for a terrifically terrible B-Movie from the old days.  Bring a snack to share.  See you then!

Middle school event that last all night and is loads of fun.

Join us on Friday, October 25, from 7 – 9:30pm.  We’ll meet in the youth room for snacks, video games, and board games.  All 6th through 12th grade students and their friends are welcome. 

Join us for barbeque at Jethro’s on Park on Thursday, October 3.  If you plan to attend this men’s ministry event, please sign up in the foyer.  Don’t forget to bring a friend!

This is a neighborhood event where anyone can come for fun activities and food…and it’s all FREE!

Join us in the church park as a family for our HeightsKids and HeightsYouth kickoff party on Wednesday, September 4, from 6:30 – 7:30pm. 

Join your church family at 6:30pm in the sanctuary to engage in a concert of prayer for our neighborhood, our fall ministries, Heightsfest, revival, and much more.  We sing, we pray, we enjoy some quiet moments meditating on Scripture, and much more.  It’s not uncomfortable at all, and no one is pressured to pray out loud.  If you just want to sit quietly, then you are more than welcome to do that.  We’ll be done by 7: 30pm, and traditionally we’ve gone out…

On Sunday, August 18, at 5pm is our annual fantasy football draft in the fellowship hall.  Invite a friend!
